Ecological self-design
- In a recently renovated former industrial building, TRANS-FAIRE designed and built the interior layout of the premises, choosing healthy, sustainable, renewable materials and high-performance heating and ventilation equipment.
- Served by 2 RER B stations less than 5 minutes’ walk away (Gentilly and Laplace) + Velib stations, resulting in reduced travel times for our teams and customers, favoring soft modes of transport.
- Wood-frame facade with wood-fibre insulation and untreated Douglas-fir cladding.
- Green roof on part of the building / Zinc roof insulated with wood fiber.
- Zenithal natural lighting: open north-facing sheds.
- Wood heating (programmable pellet stove).
- Double-flow ventilation with heat recovery and air filtration.
- Poplar partitions with acoustic glazing.
- Blue Angel-labeled rubber flooring.
- Mineral wall paint with natureplus label.
- Ceiling-mounted acoustic baffles.
