Let's create together

What are your plans for the future?

To our future employees,

cover letter from TRANS-FAIRE

Professionally, you want a mission in which you can realize your full potential, i.e. pass on what you love and know how to do, complete your range of skills, in the service of a project that makes sense, with a clear vision of its medium-term evolution.

However, we are forced to acknowledge the growing complexity of daily personal and professional life in a world under stress, due to the many changes underway. There is a profusion of “bullshit jobs” that do not value individuals, discrepancies between environmental declarations and actual achievements, and questions about the future of today’s professions with the emergence of AI… More intimately, we can sense a lack of training in urban and environmental procedures: insecurity for young, less experienced teams and/or a need for acculturation for the more experienced (the profession has changed and will continue to change).

A quest for meaning is thus underway in the face of the urban environment: the image of concrete and nuisance vs. the ecological, social and cultural transition of the city as a major living space. It’s a place where people want to break away from a linear career pattern, and exercise a variety of functions and professions.

TRANS-FAIRE is just like you. We have a passion for projects and a desire to see innovative, pragmatic and useful ideas for society and the environment come to fruition. To achieve this, we draw on a wealth of experience built up since 2002, with a manager boasting 30 years’ professional experience in the field. This includes hundreds of assignments in France and abroad, including the Paris 2024 Games. We have offices in Paris and Marseille, with a total of twenty experts and a vast network of partners. The agency benefits from a real diversity of profiles and experience, easily verifiable by meeting our teams.

How can TRANS-FAIRE transform your career and help you grow?

Our collaboration agreement is based on: the identification of only those missions for which you are trained, the establishment of a training plan to gradually diversify your range of missions, the realization of work that is systematically mentored and carried out as a minimum in pairs, strong autonomy in the means to achieve the objectives set, the offer of a caring and attentive framework, Fridays offered to balance professional and personal life. All this in the service of shared values: environmental creativity to feel WELL IN THE CITY! The quest for comfort and environmental health for users. We bring this shared culture to life through weekly technical workshops, a team meeting every two months, and an annual or biannual seminar. Our DNA is marked by R&D, ensuring the intelligent integration of new technologies to make the ecological transition.

Let’s have a simple initial contact in the form of a video conversation, based on the submission of a CV (contact [at] trans-faire.net). Take the opportunity to subscribe to our weekly newsletter, which provides valuable information and assistance on concrete actions that can be taken.

Put aside the boring job, that dissonance with your values, that feeling of stagnation… Start a job that makes you want to get up on Monday morning, create successful projects that are socially accepted, marketable and environmentally friendly, and be legitimately proud of what you’ve achieved!

Whether you’re an initial job seeker or looking to develop your career, you’ve now found out how to become an additional link in a recognized player in development-construction AND the ecological transition. Today, the opportunity is there for you to create your own career path, expressing yourself in production, sales, management, the arts…

We look forward to hearing from you!
