TRANS-FAIRE is speaking on December 10, 2015 at the Maison des Centraliens as part of a commercial urban planning training course organized by the CNCC (Conseil National des Centres Commerciaux): Assessment and practical lessons of the ACTPE law.
The synopsis of the training course is as follows: “One year after the ACTPE law came into force, what operational assessment can be made? The reform of the Autorisation d’Exploitation Commerciale (commercial development permit), integrated with the Permis de Construire (building permit), has profoundly altered the balance, particularly in terms of file preparation. In addition to a review of the legal context and a presentation of the first case law, this training course will take a pragmatic approach to the subject, presenting all the levers that can be used to optimize the chances of success of the applications submitted. Or how to turn a constraint into an asset!
It’s an opportunity for our environmental and urban planning agency to share its vision and experience in supporting commercial projects, in both technical and environmental management dimensions. In light of recent regulatory changes, this is a good time to reiterate the benefits of parametric design: using the environment as an input for comfort of use.
